Shipping and Returns policy


The customer has 14 days to review the return request. After this date no request for return, exchange or refund will be accepted.

The After Sales Service undertakes to examine any request for return.

In all cases, to benefit from a possible return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

To return a product, you will have to send it by post to the address indicated by the after-sales service. It will be your responsibility to pay your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
